The lovely evening is about to come again. So that includes something tasty, entirely in style, of course. I looked for a suitable recipe on the internet and ended up with stuffed speculoos butter cake from bettyskitchennl . ( bettyskitchennl/speculaas butter cookie with almond paste )

I have now tasted the final product, which is here to stay!

That looks good! It's that I don't like almond paste. Still, the recipe pinned on my plate for you, Sinterklaas.
@Ingrid Tips en meer you can also make it without almond paste (I tasted 'raw' dough and it was already very good)

Is almond paste marzipan ?
@enigma No, but both are made of almonds. Strangely enough, I don't like marzipan. By the way, I just looked up for you exactly what the difference is (I was curious about it myself). It seems that marzipan contains more sugar and less almond.
