Sudoku

#gaming Playing Sudoku is one of my favorite hobbies.
This game consists of completing with numbers from 1 to 9 a grid of 81 squares and 9 subgrids, so that no number is repeated in the same row or column or in the same subgrid.
I have the app lowered on my cell phone, and I don't miss the opportunity to play, especially when in my sector electricity is cut off and leisure hours begin.
Sudoku, helps the development of certain brain functions such as attention and memory, are very useful games when it comes to preventing dementia and diseases such as Alzheimer's.
One of the most prominent benefits of sudoku is that it helps reduce anxiety and stress and improve concentration.
It is a game that can be played in different levels from very easy to professional or extreme, I prefer to play “intermediate”.
It is said that this game dates back to 1783, and was created by Leonhard Euler, but it wasn't until 1970 that Walter MacKey publishes it in a magazine, in the 1980s it became popular in Japan and it is in 2005 when newspapers published it as hobbies.
