- 250 g oat flakes
- 200 g fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, peaches, or mango, cut into chunks)
- 500 ml yoghurt (nature or a taste of your choice)
- Fresh mint leaves (a few twigs, finely chopped)
Preparation method

Prepare the fruit : Wash and cut the fresh fruit into bite-sized pieces. Make sure the fruit is ripe and juicy for the best flavor.

Mix the ingredients : In a large mixing bowl, add the oat flakes, pieces of fruit, and half of the mint leaves together. Stir gently with a wooden spoon to make sure everything is well mixed.
