Kitchen necessities

To make this summer granola, you need the following kitchen utensils:
Large mixing bowl
Measuring cups and scoops
Wooden spoon or spatula
Cutting board and knife for cutting fruit
Airtight storage jar or container for storage

Ingredients (for 10 portions)

  • 250 g oat flakes
  • 200 g fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, peaches, or mango, cut into chunks)
  • 500 ml yoghurt (nature or a taste of your choice)
  • Fresh mint leaves (a few twigs, finely chopped)

Preparation method

  1. Prepare the fruit : Wash and cut the fresh fruit into bite-sized pieces. Make sure the fruit is ripe and juicy for the best flavor.
