The Ecological and Sustainable in our Home

I have always said that the example and education begins at home and our parents, when you have well sheathed values is very difficult that the environment can change your way of thinking and acting. At least that's what I did with my children, looking with respect to people and our planet, I always talked to them about taking care of the water, how to divide the garbage, turn on the lights when it was necessary, take care of the trees we had in our garden, with the garbage we had no problem because a man passed by our house and collected the plastics and cardboards, the organic waste we collected to make compost.

As parents we are the example, the reference and the model to follow for our children, the gestures, the routines will be imitated by them, so they will repeat them in their adult life, many times automatically. There are other ways at home to create awareness to take care of our planet in a sustainable way, use self-made cloth napkins, change normal light bulbs for LEDs that consume less energy and last longer, keep phone chargers, blenders, televisions, fans and other equipment that we are not using at the moment.

When shopping, let's use cloth and reusable bags, not plastic bags. In this simple way we can take care of our planet in a sustainable way.
People who refuse to use non-biodegradable materials, who refuse to litter, to destroy the environment, which sustains and nourishes us, often do it unconsciously, but it is still an aggression to the environment.
Our country is in chaos right now with garbage, there is a lot of pollution, there is no government that can control this serious problem.
Let's be conscious and contribute to leave our descendants a healthier planet, let's recycle starting with our homes.

Lo Ecológico y Sostenible en nuestra Casa

Yo siempre he dicho que el ejemplo y la educación comienza por el hogar y nuestros padres, cuando tienes  valores bien enfundado es muy difícil que el entorno pueda cambiar tu forma de pensar y actuar.
Por lo menos eso hice con mis hijos, mirando con respeto a las personas y nuestro planeta, siempre kes hablaba de cuidar el agua, como dividir la basura, encender las luces cuando era necesario, cuidar los árboles que teníamos en nuestro jardín, con la basura no teníamos problema porque  un señor pasaba por nuestra casa y recogía los plásticos y los cartones, los desperdicios orgánica lo recogíamos para hacer Compostaje.

Como padres y madres somos el ejemplo, la referencia y el modelo a seguir para nuestros hijos, los gesto, las rutinas serán imitado por ellos, así lo repetirán en su vida adulta, muchas veces de forma automática.
Existen otras modalidades en el hogar para crear conciencia para cuidar nuestro planeta  de una forma Sostenible, usar servilletas de telas hecha por nosotros mismos, cambiar las bombillas normales por LED que consumen menos energía y tienen más duración, mantener los cargadores de teléfonos, licuadoras, televisores,  ventiladores y otros equipos que no estemos usando en el momento.
Al realizar nuestras compras utilizemos bolsas de tela y reusables, no las de plásticos
Así de una forma sencilla podemos cuidar nuestro planeta y es de una forma sostenible.
Las personas que se niegan a utilizar materiales no biodegradables, quien se niegue a ensuciar, a destruir el ambiente, que nos  sostiene y nos nutre,  muchas veces lo hace inconsciente, pero igual es una agresión a el ambiente.
En nuestro país es un caos en estos momentos con la basura, existe mucha contaminación, no hay gobierno que pueda controlar este problema tan grave.
Seamos consiente contribuyamos  a dejarle a nuestros descendientes un planeta más saludable, reciclemos comenzando por nuestras casas.

It's an important issue, the truth is I don't usually recycle, I do it if I'm on the street and I have to throw something away, I have to choose a pipe to throw the trash, I would like to take this as a habit but a little difficult sometimes when there is no time and we throw everything fast in the trash.
