Swiss preischotel

My grandmother loves cooking very much. And so I also took over her love for dishes. Today I share to you my grandmother's recipe for Swiss preishotel!

Supplies for 4 people
- 600 grams of potato slices
- 8 slices of bacon
- 500 grams of sliced leeks
- 2 chopped onions
- 500 grams of minced beef
- milk
- flower
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- 120 grams of grated cheese (I chose Tex-mex cheese for a more spicy taste)
- 50 grams of butter

Method of preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Fry the minced rul and at the same time add the chopped onion. Add salt and pepper to taste
- Bake the leeks short
- Put the minced mixture in a baking dish
- Put on the meat/leek mixture the slices of bacon
- Put the potato slices on top of the roof tile until everything is covered
- Cover the potato slices with the cheese sauce (below the cooking method for the sauce)

For the sauce:
- Melt the butter in the pan
- Make a roux by adding flour to the melted butter. Stir well so that no lumps are formed
- Let the roux cook for a moment
- then add a large amount of milk and mix until thickens
- Keep adding milk until you have about the thickness of a sauce
- then add the grated cheese to the sauce
- Add nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste
- Stay in between especially tasting!

Bake the leek casserole for about 40 minutes or until golden brown at 180 degrees.
