Teach me to live... post no. 1
This special booklet grew out of my personal search for the Lord and repentance.
In the end, I invited children to choose poems and they made beautiful drawings for each chosen poem, straight from the heart.
The harmony between words and images is beautiful.
I've decided to share all the poems and drawings with you on Yoors.
I also like it and especially important to read the booklet again.
Introduction
I was asked the question:
“Why did you write this collection?”
The title says it: teach me to live.
Teach me to live by Your word, teach me to live as I should.
Teach me to live as You did.
Live to the glory of your name!
I have lived quite a long life, a life without the Lord.
Yet after 39 years, very spontaneously,
as a miracle, the turning point came for me.
In my heart, a very strong desire developed,
to receive the conviction of His presence.
After 9 months of searching, I had decided to stop the “fight”.
And just then, when I didn't like it anymore,
He knew how to touch my heart.
He showed me His sense of humor, He knows exactly what suits us.
After 9 months of searching, He surprised me happily.
I want to follow His path, I can't do anything else.
And that is also my reason, for writing about the Lord.
