ROUGH DIAMOND


If you're really going to live with the Lord,
then your life will change, more and more.

Little by little and sometimes you also fall back for a while.
After all, changes in life don't happen so fast.

We are like a diamond in the rough,
shaped and cut by His hand.

He sharpens our many and rough surfaces.
And unfortunately, that is not without inconveniences.

Sometimes two at the same time, sometimes one by one.
And sometimes there are periods, then He doesn't sharpen any.

Then He waits patiently,
apparently we are not ready yet.
That's so nice of the Lord, He never tires of us.

You can always return to Him.
Again and again, He hears your voice.

Like a loving mother who never leaves her child.
Even if it goes wrong many times.

God's love is unconditional and even though He doesn't like everything,
He just keeps caring, like He always does.
