Sorry for late chapter, I've been sick these past couple days. I've decided I'm just going to do 10 page views until I post the next chapter because if I do 14 my wattpad doesn't get updated regularly. Enjoy!

Lilly's p.o.v
"Lets eat the bird, hang the food we got and rest a little while" Katniss is the first to say when we get back at our spot.
"Sounds like a plan" Peeta says as he grabs some of the food we hunted and hangs it. Katniss makes a small fire to cook the bird on. She opens up the birds mouth to see if it has food poisoning.
"We're good. This bird is safe to eat" she says as she puts it above the fire.
"We should get some fresh water" Dom adds to the conversation.
"Here's the tool" Katniss says as she hands Dom the tool with which they can get water from the trees.
Dom hammers the tool in the tree and water comes pouring out.
"Finally" Peeta says. Apparently he was thirsty.
"We still have to find Finnick. Peeta and I can look for an hour and then you guys can join us" Katniss states.

After they ate the bird Katniss comes with the idea to use the sound she used with Rue in the last hunger games to tell the group there's danger.
"Mocking jays will mock this sound. Only use if you're in danger and can't get out." Katniss warns us.
After that Peeta and Katniss are going to look for Finnick.
Katniss p.o.v
We leave Dominic and Lilly back at the spot. Peeta and I walk into the woods. We're hoping to see Finnick somewhere..
When we walk for a while Peeta asks me something. I'm not sure what it is.
"Katniss, can I tell you something?"
"Yeah" I say as I look at him.
"I.. I love you" he says
I hold my breath and look at him in his eyes. I step closer and give him a kiss. I pull back to walk on and search for Finnick but Peeta touches my shoulder and I turn around, back at him. He kisses me intensely and I kiss back.
"We can't do this" I whisper.
"Why not?" He asks me between kisses
"The game makers must be watching us." I reply softly
"They wanted us to be a couple right, so. Now we are" he wishers back.
I can't stop him mostly cuz I want this too. But if the game makers spot us they van attack at any time, because we are weak targets right now..
"Okay" I reply softly so we can keep going.
He opens up my body suit a little bit and reaches with his hand towards me but I refuse. I grab his hand I hold it. He looks at some of the scars in my chest but they don't hurt anymore. I've never loved anyone besides Prim. I can't do this. I put his hand under my collarbones but I keep holding his hand. We stopped kissing.
"I love you too" I say and I look away.
He smiles at me and breathes out deeply. He pulls me closer towards him to give me a hug. I'm still holding his hand close to my collarbones. We stand for a minute and I whisper "we should get going. Finnick needs our help now."
"Peeta lets go. I actually don't want to look further but we have to. Staying here would make us more of a weak target and could us get killed easily."
"Yeah" he says. We keep holding hands as we walk on. After walking a few steps I stop abruptly and get my bow and arrow.
"What'd you hear?" Peeta whispers
"I think the hunters I don't know.. shhh"
I hear leaves cracking. But no danger. After a half an hour and some minutes we still haven't found Finnick. We decide to go back to get Lilly and Dominic and search with them.
