Rarely do I enjoy more than that electric tipping moment in the entrepreneur, who sees her own light in building the blueprint of her book in one fell swoop.
As a structural engineer, ingenious or not, I use techniques, structures, blueprints and systems. These are the aspects that an upcoming author can think about, puzzle, brainstorm and completely let go of cognition, logic and ordering.
Not to stay technical, but to completely free herself with the technical approach, which prevents her from the full surrender to write in the flow from her complete self.

And then I assume you mean by technique, the design, the structure? Just like with teaching a certain massage. You learn the grips and the order, the technique, say, and when you have that in your fingers, you can let go of that and massage it completely in flow.
