Those who know me will know that I am a lover of nutrition, in fact it is also one of the careers in which I want to formalize myself professionally.

In Venezuela, it is quite difficult to bring good nutrition because of the serious economic problems that my country maintains.

In 2014 it was when nutrition related health problems became more frequent, food, nutrition and health indicators showed figures never before seen in Venezuela, these figures expressed food insecurity and hunger in the entire population. Cases of malnutrition and anemia are growing more and more, as the human body needs vitamins and minerals for proper functioning.

Why is nutrition important...?

With nutrition is that the necessary energy is obtained for the body to develop vital functions such as growing, forming, renewing and for all the organs of the body to function since our body is formed by cells that need the energy provided by nutrition to do its job.

Generally our body needs 3 to 5 foods a day that provide macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals). ➡ Without nutrition there is no energy and without energy nothing works ⬅
