The biggest magnolia tree I know.
When I read the following post of @Encaustichris , I was just back from my visit to the local community.
A congregation is an initiative of Velt vzw. It is a place where people together ecologically maintain a (muss) garden. In my congregation is that garden near the building of the old rectory. Our current pastor didn't want to live there, so the big house, with the equally large garden, came empty. The garden is freely accessible during the day and is often a quiet place to pick up something beautiful with a camera. In the back of the garden is a very old magnolia, with a crown with hundreds, perhaps thousands, flowers.
The tribe and the branches are gigantic.
His crown covers the whole width of the backyard.
The flowers are quite large, have a white-pink interior and a dark pink exterior.
