Yeah, you can't do much, except wait. We have thought a lot during that period, are we going to continue with the second attempt or are we going to stop, are we going for a second attempt this year or are we moving it on to 2021? We decided to wait at the hospital how and what. On 19 April we received a phone call that they will be easy to pick up the calendars and start the treatments again. Okay, let's go for it again, we're just gonna do it. On July 13th I was allowed to start pricking hormones again and a week later the massager. After two weeks, I had my first control ultrasound to see how far my eggs were rowed. At first it didn't seem to get along, but after the second control echo there appeared to be more than expected. However, the doctor wanted me to pierce again for 4 days. Well I was very fierce against that, I remember well at the first attempt that that was also 4 days longer and that because of this my eggs were too far matured and we had only 2 embryos left of the 9 eggs. After a big discussion with the doctor, I pricked 1 day longer and that turned out to be a right decision. Monday 27 July 2020 I had the follicle puncture. Totally sober and relaxed we went to dawn. Compared to the first attempt, I was really relaxed now. During the puncture I did not even feel the first 4 punctures, only the last one, yes I felt it for a while. Those egg vesicles were a little smaller, so they have less tension on them and you can feel them for a while. But it's fine to do. After pricking, wait in suspense with the rash of the β€œharvest”. Hannie, the nurse (such a treasure of a woman) came back with a big smile and told us that we had 7 eggs of the 8 egg vesicles. Wow, we didn't expect that for a moment. Now go back home and sleep, that Valium pops in. And then wait 3 days to hear if the relocation will continue... Waiting waiting waiting...
