The call the midwife blanket!

You guys know the bbc series called “Call the Midwife “? For those who don't know the series, it's a BBC series about a group of London midwives in the 1950s and 60s. I think it's a nice series to watch.

In the series you see a lot of beautiful crochet blankets passing by, of course those blankets were recreated and so the pattern of the call the midwife blanket was created, meant as a baby blanket but also a beautiful pattern for a bigger blanket

Meanwhile, there are many variations crocheted by people, with edges in between, with a heart edge, a bit more square or with other blocks in between.
