Continuing the previous story that I uploaded about the big dipper that Linda suffered here the second part.

Linda had to be hospitalized for 1 year in a hospital, where she underwent surgery 15 times; including maxillofacial surgeries to reconstruct her jaw, surgeries on her pancreas for injuries caused by blows and multiple surgeries to reconstruct her private parts. In addition to being subjected to psychiatric and psychological treatments.

The 18-year-old directly accused Luis Carrera Almoina of kidnapping her on March 27. When she was entering his house, he approached her and forced her into a van under threat of death and held her captive for almost 4 months.

After fleeing for a few months, the authorities arrested Carrera Almoina and gave him a measure of house arrest, which he served at his home in Los Palos Grandes (that's why he is nicknamed “The Monster of Los Palos Grandes”) until the trial began, which was delayed on multiple occasions.

The case file was in the hands of 76 judicial officials, 59 judges were inhibited and the hearings were postponed 40 times.

In 2004, after Linda went on a hunger strike for almost 15 days due to all the procedural delay in the case, the trial of Linda Loaiza was finally carried out against Luis Carrera Almoina, in which the young woman described all the abuse and mistreatment to which she was subjected by the man in question.

During the trial, she recounted that he drugged her and that he constantly had her tied and handcuffed to a chair. He stressed that he did not feed him and that he only gave him the leftovers that he left, if there were any. In addition, Linda revealed how she was able to escape from the apartment.

On July 19, she was totally helpless on a bloody mattress, she says that her brain was still working, but that her body no longer had the strength to even resist the beatings of Carrera Almoina.

Linda, who had a triple fractured jaw, waited a few minutes quietly until she considered prudent and took the courage and strength to crawl to a window and start shouting “help!”, to the passers-by who passed by the place. After that, she was rescued by the authorities and taken to the hospital immediately.
