The cookie drum

We used to have a round, metal cookie jar with a floral pattern at home. There was never a lot of candy in the house, but the cookie jar was always filled with simple biscuit from a roll. When you came home from school, the first course was to go to the cookie jar. Rarely did it stick to one cookie :-) But you couldn't take too many either, otherwise it was noticed that the drum was suddenly so empty.

In my student days, I received such a drum. In the drum is Albert Heijn on the bottom, I think it was a drum for which you could save at the time. Now, more than 40 years later, it's still in our closet. Of course filled with fresh cookies, now with a nice layer of chocolate. Who else had such a beautiful drum in the past?
