#howtodealwith The death of a loved one is an event that not many manage to overcome. There are people who cling to their memories and keep their belongings in the same place intact as to deceive the subconscious that still remains there, it is a stage of denial as many psychologists say it, because who practices it does not accept that their loved one is no longer materially inhabiting the earth. For others the situation is different. I will tell you my perspective from my own experience.
27 years ago something happened to me that I don't want even my worst enemy. My mom passed away. I had only about 5 days after I turned my 10. She spent 11 days in a hospital fighting for her life, was hit by a car. My little brother and I witnessed the accident. Even with so much time and a memory that fails me sometimes during all these years I still have vague memories of the accident. I think it's something unforgettable. It was a terrible tragedy that my brother and I didn't understand at the time. We are in charge of our paternal grandmother who took care of our education and instill in us principles and teachings of life. She didn't replace my mom, but she's done an excellent job. Now what I'm going to... the love of a loved one, in this case my mom who couldn't enjoy for long, is something irreplaceable. Nothing like mom for many situations, I still feel like I need her, after two almost 3 decades of her death is something that hurts but you have to know how to overcome.
How have I dealt with this? Much was the help of my grandmother and neighbors and relatives. Fortunately we don't need a psychologist to overcome his loss even though sometimes a few tears come out to shine a mother's day. I think it's all about mental power.. I see it from this point of view and I do not know if you accompany me or disagree; death is part of life, of the cycle we accomplish on earth.. Unfortunately not everyone deserves to die at a young age or in certain circumstances, millions die leaving a lot to be done and others have done too much but the point is... the ones left... that we do? How we follow?
It is important to bear in mind that we must make every effort to move forward no matter how painful the situation may be, there are still people who love us by our side and they do not want to see us defeated, depressed, lowered. It is valid to feel a whirlwind of emotions but we must also seek calm. Thinking about all the good things that this person brought us in life. To think that it is on a plane of tranquility and far from earthly suffering is something that helped me to understand that we are passing on earth until God or destiny so decide. It can be read cold but we are not eternal, we are dust and we will become dust. As long as we are on earth let us do good and help all who have gone through this process of mourning. Let's give encouragement, comfort and encouragement. Let us know that it is no one's fault their pain, that there is a tomorrow, that everything will always be fine in the end.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW YOU HAVE OVERCOME THE DEATH OF A CLOSE RELATIVE. I READ YOU IN THE COMMENTS 😉
