The dilemma of a toad
Peeping over the edge of a hand
that temporarily serves as a toadstool
I carefully look into the deep.
I feel the urge to take the jump
but I doubt -
it is and remains a risk.
A small leap for man
but one step too much for a toad.

I'd just sit where you sit, bug, if you're high, you can fall deep too. A lot of fun put together!
