It was a wonderful series that marked my adolescence because at the time it was a resounding success that all young people wanted to see.
I began to see her almost obliged, because in my house there was only one television in the living room.
My three brothers attended the punctual appointment at 7 in the evening, there was no option since as adults and due to complicity between them they did not allow to place another program.
It first aired in 1979 on the American network CBS, by that time I was only 15 years old.
The series was about two charismatic cousins, Bo and Luke Duke who lived on a family ranch and fighting the injustices of corrupt Hazzard County Commissioner Jefferson Davis “Boss” Hogg (J.D. “Boss” Hogg) and his right-hand man, Commissioner Rosco P. Coltrane, . In the plot these guys always elude the authorities in their powerful “General Lee”, a 1969 Dogde Charger.
My brothers, like many young people, did not miss the series to see the sexy cousin of Bo and Luke named Daisy May Duke (Catherine Bach) who was the only female lead member of the series and who, because of her slender body and her tiny denim shorts and knotted shirts at the waist, was the fantasy of millions of viewers.
This series has 147 episodes over seven seasons.

The Duke family is engaged in illegal liquor distillation, which reaches customers thanks to the full-blown trips of cousins Bo and Luke, until they were sent to jail and got parole, for many the real star of the show was “General Lee” A Dodge Charger 1969, all the boys wanted to have a car like that, orange color with the number 01 painted on its doors.
The program has led to the existence of various products, websites, video games for platforms such as Playstation and Xbox and even a themed museum in the United States.
