I think my spirit animal is the butterfly 🦋
I have so many of them in my garden, it didn't used to be so populated with Anosia's. In my previous garden same thing.
This little guy didn't make it 😢 He fell out of hischrysalis during the first breaths of life outside his safe pupa, mashing up his wings and they hardened with the fold. How a split second can change the life of a majestic creature like this, this one was not healable, fixable.... it's the harsh part of nature

Butterfly are the majestic creatures. The change they undergo is overwhelming. A sad reality that its wings got folded and hardened. Your post shows thay you care about butterflies very much.
