The life of my great-grandmother Geertje
Now that my search is nearly coming to an end, I want to put down the story of the life of my great-grandmother chronologically. Geertje is my favorite ancestor.
Anna Maria Geertruida was born on January 9th, 1886 in Vinkeveen as the eighth child, three children had already died before she was born. After her, four other children are born, among them twin brothers of which one dies at day 17. She grew up these first years with four sisters and three brothers. All the children are born in Vinkeveen (except the youngest), according to the address they lived next to grandmother from fathers' side, the grandfather already died.
