#Recipes For banana lovers it may be the best, in fact a patacon passion fruit, was born in the Venezuelan city of Maracaibo.

This patacon is different from tostones and patacones in the rest of the country Venezuela and the Caribbean area.

It is a sandwich of green banana cut lengthwise, fried, flattened and fried again, thin and stylized and filled with various ingredients and the two (2) thin and wide lids are used, it is a kind of sandwich .
The stuffed patacon is originally from the city of Maracaibo Venezuela where there are specialized food sites in this type of preparation.
