Welcome to the second part of my blog about “Nutshell”. The game I develop for a school project! Of course I also have a Part 1 of this blog and I advise you to check it out if you are interested in seeing my progress! This is going to be a game where people get to know each other better according to sizes that the game progresses. In the game you draw a card each turn with fun and deep questions on it that you can answer. All this is made even smoother and somewhat challenging by means of the (new) board I added and the special cards that you can play. In the end, the goal is that you can play this game both in a group and 1 in 1. Okay, now we've updated the introduction again! Now it's time to show the changes...

Bordspel

As you can see on the left, my board has got a big change! I have to say that this is not an end result, this is just a design to be able to test the game functionally. Which is very important in this kind of board games. Only then will you find out what works or doesn't work well and that's why I have now added boxes to the board where the pawns will be placed directly on. And also more room for the questions cards. So it becomes from Verse-Heaty-Spicy, increasingly difficult questions.

So, this version of the game board is purely a layout to test these new elements! Soon I'm going to give a whole new colour and design to this. This makes it look more beautiful and also more like a whole.

What else I added when testing this version; I added a lot of new maps, questions, assignments and special cards. Below I have taken a number of them as an example.
