To this day I can testify to these beautiful and wise words. Sometimes we live stuck in a glass of water that we don't think we can get out of, but the reality is that we just need to take a big jump high to be free.
When you understand that the decision is not in the hands of fate, but in your power of willpower; you begin to notice the change, and you discover that you alone are responsible for your happiness. You can idealize a goal and work on it, or you can just idealize it and leave it kidnapped in your mind. It all depends on you.
I have learned and understood this during the last few years! and remains in force to this day
