The government has heard from the judge that they are not doing enough about the environment in the Netherlands.

The judge for interim proceedings in The Hague announced on 7 September whether the Dutch State should do more to deal with air pollution. Environmental Defencedemanded that the government take swift measures to reduce air pollution.
