I made this post based on a study I conducted on this topic a while ago, which is on my personal blog, a fanpage, and my telegram channel. And I wanted to share with you.

How can Leadership be Measured through Influence. If a person considered a Leader has no influence, it is because he does not have the ability to lead others, the essence of a successful person lies in getting others involved, the influence is to gain followers that is the cornerstone of leadership.

“KEEP IN MIND LEADERSHIP IS SYNONYMOUS WITH INFLUENCE”

A real Leader is not imposed, must earn that title. Society has created many myths or misconceptions about leaders, here are the most common ones:

Myth of Administration: In a misconception and widely spread in society, leadership and administration are the same. There are differences between the two, leadership influences the people to follow, while administration is based on the systems and processes of an organization, such as checking whether a person is a leader or manager, asking them to make some changes, the manager will not be able to change the course of things because for that he needs the influence.

Myth of the Entrepreneur: Most people believe that an entrepreneur is a leader, not necessarily this is the case, the fact that your company generates juicy profits, does not mean that he has the influence of persuading the public and keeping him as a commercial ally.

Myth of Knowledge: it is known that knowledge is power, and this factor tends to confuse many who come to think that power is the essence of leadership, it is believed that those with the highest level of knowledge are leaders, but this does not happen quickly is with discipline constancy and organization, because intelligence will not measure leadership capacity.

Forerunner Myth: The fact that someone is the first in something does not mean they have the ability to be a leader, not only do you have to be at the forefront of a group of people but also have people who follow him who accept their vision and help fulfill the mission by taking a direction.
