But at the same time also realize that just as powerful as this can work in the negative spiral this is also true in the positive spiral. Try it, step by step and foot per foot. Focus on all those 99 things that went well today and not the one that went wrong. On all those times when he did show you that you're important, not the fact that you forgot your birthday. In all those moments when tears were running out of your eyes with laughter and not crying .

Just try because trust me if I hadn't tried one day, I probably wouldn't be sitting here right now. Believe in yourself and all the positive .
