At the beginning of December, a religious character in red dress and white beard stealthily approaches the German houses and leaves children sweets and gifts in their shoes, shimmering in cleanliness and well placed by their owners for the occasion. The prodigy happens on the night of 5-6, three weeks before Christmas, and that another similar male figure performs a similar mission.
