The Réclère caves - Switzerland just across the border from France (near Dinopark)
RéClère caves - Switzerland (with a dinosaur park)
From our vacation in Berfort (France), we drove to Switzerland. There we visited the Réclère cave. At the same park you will find the dinosaur park that I already wrote about.
Earlier, I wrote about the dinosaur park , (right-click/open) where you'll come face to face with 45 dinosaurs in a 2 km walk.
At the same park, you can also take a tour of a beautiful cave. Actually, it is 1 large hall with lots of steps and beautiful sculptures over and over again.
The cave was discovered in the 19th century. During the tour, you will walk 15 kilometers and step approximately 500 steps! I didn't count them myself, but I was told that by the guide.
You probably know the Stalagmites and Stalactites, who form fantastic sculptures in the stalactite cave. For example, this is 'the chandelier'.
