The Rosca de Reyes.
Once we celebrated Family Life and God's Blessings and what better than a rosca de Reyes a Mexican tradition present thanks to my beloved Inesita wedges This circular shaped cake symbolizes the love of God, which has no beginning or end. The crystallized fruits, which in their original version adorn the bread, simulate the jewels or graces of the Kings, which translate into love, peace and happiness.
In Mexico there is a tradition that whoever comes out of the child God, they automatically become the child's godmother or godfather and must take him to bless the church and celebrate the event with tamales and atole on February 2, Candelaria Day.
