The satisfaction of helping

#crafting Here I bring you a story of my collaboration, with my cousins, one of them is a teacher, of course my other cousin's mother, and she works with productive projects, and since I love these things about manual labor, because it is an artisan cheese in addition to helping her, I was her photographer .
In this process, she made a Christmas cheese in December, together with the children of a rural community, where she teaches. I share some photos in the process of the cheese I make, using goat's milk, rennet to cut the milk, the steps of homogenizing, cutting, breaking, kneading, pressing and unmolding the cheese.
