* Charlie Rouse born in the United States in 1924 was an excellent saxophonist and flutist.
* John Coltrane considered one of the greatest saxophonist of the twentieth century.
* Canet Dulfer of Dutch origin began very early in the world of jazz, with a strong influence of Jazz Pop, Hip Hop and Funk, to achieve its own style, today has achieved great sales success with the album Saxualite.

For these reasons it is that the Saxophone has its well-deserved day of celebration and it is November 6th
