For me personally, Apeldoorn station is the best known area. Especially from the time when I still believed in Santa Claus. After all, my grandpa and grandma lived nearby.

In my very young years, I even lived there once. So both the steam train and the Sinterklaas party in Apeldoorn are among the wonderful childhood memories for me.

Ice and serving again, I hope to go to Apeldoorn again sometime in the coming year. That's where my family roots lie, right.

But, back to the entry of Saint Nicholas That is and remains a party, where children (must) continue to play the leading role. Out of the Sinterklaas bag Piet is happy to hand out the necessary gifts.

Partly to alleviate the pain that a child sometimes has to suffer unexpectedly. That's better than putting her in the bag like a bully. Still, Isa ?
