The skinny and his van

#soullage El Flaco had a white van with which he was looking for. One day when it had rained, he came sweeping down the dirt road and before reaching the village he reached Don Juan, an old acquaintance who had been walking hard through the footprint, all muddy with a bag of corn for the pigs on his shoulder.
When he reached him, he slowed down the march and said “Don Juan, come up that I bring him closer”. Don Juan politely refused claiming that how would he bother him going up. El Flaco insitized that it cost him nothing, that the box of the van was empty and Don Juan continued to deny himself because of the annoyance that this entailed.
El Flaco insisted so much that in the end Don Juan, always apologizing, climbed into the box, and El Flaco resumed the march.
I was so attentive to the huellones in the mud, with a fixed view on the road, that he traveled a good stretch without looking at the rearview mirror. Suddenly he looks at the mirror and sees Don Juan standing in the box and. with the shoulder bag!!.
Seeing this and stopping the van was all one: “But Don Juan, how will it go with the bag on the shoulder, put it in the box and sit down or come ahead with me”
And Don Juan de los más surely replied: “But my son, it was more missing! TOO MUCH THAT TAKES ME,.. SEE IF HE'S ALSO GOING TO CARRY THE BAG!!
