All contracts, whether banking, insurance, ENCOMIENDAS and stop counting have the small letters, which no company, no matter how responsible it is, does LEER only indicate you sign here .
Then what happens an incident where the company has to respond come the ones you did not read the small letters

Things that nowhere and no worker, no matter how kind it is, tells you the risk that runs your order when sent from a different country.

My recommendations to all those people who make shipments is to save their invoices and a detailed list with support of everything that is inside their box or order. Do not trust any company even if you use it very often.
Unfortunately, in our country there are no laws that protect customers harmed by certain companies that try to explain that for reasons beyond their control their cargo was looted or damaged.
A parcel of approximately $1000 with a purchase support of approximately $800 only receives a payment of $200 for loss of your parcel. A task that he carries out with dedication effort and love to his loved ones who still live in Venezuela.
There is no justification for mockery and total lack of respect to the people who trust these companies and who with eloquent emails and phrases of their actions do not respond to such a situation.
You only get an email where they tell you their cargo was lost and then an endless number of responses to waste your time and after several months in the waiting process you receive a response that will only cancel a percentage that never or never compares to spending time and dedication when making your purchases.
Companies that blame the government customs military and others organize (raise fame and sleep) but where the total fault lies with themselves.
These are my most sincere recommendations to all those who use shipping companies to Venezuela.
Read the small print save all your invoices and make copies where when you receive the company sign and stamp your invoices at the time of any situation. If they do not sign, look for another company than if they do it because there are many maybe a little more expensive but safe.
