In times of crisis
When I have left over some rice from another meal, one way I have to take advantage of it is to make this recipe of scrambled rice with egg and sausages. Doing it is really easy, and taste can't be richer.
Some will consider this very simple food but with the current economic situation in Venezuela it is a good alternative because of the simple preparation

The first thing we are going to do to prepare this recipe is to heat the oil in the pan.
When this we throw the sausages in pieces.
Once the sausages are fried, we pour the onion and fry it, constantly moving it to themselves make sure that it does not stick or burn.
When the onion has crystalline color, we place the eggs and salt, wait for them to be curdled although if you want to get a fluffy and juicy consistency in rice we will leave the eggs half fry.
Followed to this we pour the spoons of rice, and stir everything well with a spoon.

We immediately serve this scrambled rice with egg and sausages. If you want to make it richer, you can add the ingredients that you want most, such as a little tomato.

And it can be accompanied with good slices (chopped banana into fried slices)
