November 12, 2019 was a day that started as a standard, but my muscles did not agree that I crawled out of my warm bed.
I don't remember what I was doing this day, but I know my head just about splashed apart from muscle tension. With the necessary ibuprofen I was on my way home and I drove via Hoogeveen towards Stieltjeskanaal.
In my corner of my eyes, I saw Swiss Sense and went there hoping that they have a pillow that can finally help me get rid of my muscle tension in my neck, because yes, I am in a moment.

Very soon I was helped by a very friendly young man. Picking out the pillow was also pretty fast and the choice was made quickly. I settled and could expect the cushions one these days.
I also indicated that stefan and I are ready for another bed, but still wanted to wait for the pillow.

That same day I was informed that the pillows would be delivered the next day, but I could pin the amount I owed with the driver. Very surprised I read that, and message via messenger Swiss Sense with the story.
I get the advice to return the pillows with the delivery guy so that she could finish it in such a way that I didn't have to pay, because that was already done in the shop.
The second delivery came already after a few days, but again I had to pay. Mmmm, what goes wrong I thought and had contact again via messenger. The third time everything turned out fine.! Gee fine. Through messenger let you know that everything went well and that I am happy with the pillows.
Through messenger I got the message that she was happy that it turned out well and because I showed patient, understanding and kept friendly I got a credit of €150.00 when buying a bed.
I was very happy with that, and was an extra motivation to buy a bed.

December 27, stefan and I decided to go to Hoogeveen to pick out a bed.
That same young man was there to give us advice. Also this went very smoothly and the choice was made quickly. While enjoying a cup of coffee, the deal is made around. The story of the cushions has been discussed extensively, but a point is certainly not made of it.
The apprenticeship time of the bed is about 12 to 13 weeks.

Sighs, then Corona came where no one can help. We were lucky because the bed could be delivered. Just yet.

At the beginning of March our bed came. But what turns out everything fits upwards through the stairwell, only the box spring does not. And with wanting to bring it up, the bed is damaged. Unfortunately, there was a hole in the fabric. Man man sucks because we were very excited about a new bed.
It's also because you're in on it.
But unfortunately, a new cover had to be made around, or even new. So again a longer delivery time due to Corona.

Anyway, on June 18, 2020 finally came our new bed. The roof tile lift was ordered so that the box spring could enter through the window of the children's bedroom. Also talking about calling and messages has been quite active. The most experienced deliverers came to get the job done. The deliverers immediately said that the pancake was not needed and went with the riser and stairs after we had had a cup of coffee.

With the necessary energy and full courage entered the bed with the necessary blood sweat and tears. HE STANDS!!!!!! Oh, I was happy. The delivery guys used to say, “How nice you're going to sleep.”. Oh, and I really had that hope.. But I must also honestly say the expectation.
After installing the bed I quickly went to the Hema to pick up the duvet set that I wanted so much for our beautiful new bed. No words can describe how happy you can be with a new bed, with matching bed textiles...

Through messenger I proudly sent a picture of the beautiful bed. And thank you for everything. Despite the fact that it did not go completely as it was supposed to, he is now finally standing.

However, I did not sleep well. More and more often I got sick of my back. Turning around was a challenge.
So, still other pillows ordered. Online this time. I had read all the necessary messages about a bamboo cushion, so that one ordered and also at Swiss Sense.
No, that wasn't him.! So Stefan and I went to Hoogeveen.
This time, there was a middle-aged gentleman who helped us.

He grabbed the data and said right away that my mattress is not suitable for my physique. I was very surprised to hear this, but immediately got advice for another mattress and he said that the pillow is too this. Take out stuffing and then it will be a whole lot better.
That's what the man was right about. The complaints on the neck are clearly less.

In the days that followed I received the message that my new topper was coming and will be exchanged with the topper we have.
I read that I thought well, so I started calling. It was not clear whether the topper or the mattress would be changed.
I decided to wait and see.

Finally I got a phone to schedule an appointment when the mattress can be exchanged. Fortunately it was clear that it was about the mattress, and did not mention the topper anymore.
Wednesday 23 September the other mattress comes, the medium is taken and the firm will lie on the bed.

In the afternoon the friendly deliverers come and I see something is wrong with the mattress. The deliverers check if the data is correct, yes they are, and we're going up. With the change it turns out that the mattress is 10 cm narrower than the original. You guess it, he's coming back with me.. Heavily disappointed and secretly crying, I call Swiss Sense. “Ma'am, we're gonna fix it, and the right mattress will come as soon as possible.”

Thursday 1 October comes the good mattress.... when I went upstairs I had a negative feeling again, and that was not entirely unjustified because again he was not good!
I call Stefan and start crying. He decides to call this time. I already told him I had already called. But the size was full. “Pick up the whole trade. We're going to buy a bed from a REAL company.
After the necessary words, do not do anything angry, just have a good conversation which is really great of the ladies and gentlemen of Swiss Sense.!
The courtesy, patience, kindness that the staff of Swiss Sense has mastered is the reason that we have not left our record.. There really is all understanding, and the will to fully help. From seller to operator to delivery. Really a compliment.

But today, October 8, 2020 was the day that it was allowed to go wrong one more time. If the wrong mattress was delivered today, everything goes back! Our beautiful bed, something Stefan and I were so ready for....
At 9:00 a.m., the deliverers were here. While the boys were standing in the truck by the mattress, I asked what size it is.. 90x200 was the answer. YES it's good, and it's the FIRM, the medium goes back.
I almost literally jumped a hole in the air.!!!

Now it is well in the afternoon and I can't wait until my day is over and can sleep on the hopefully good mattress.... because there's also been said that I should sleep 100% well.

Unfortunately, my feeling that the chapter bed is not over yet...
