A few years ago, a married couple from the State of Oklahoma, USA., decided to take a night to kill the routine. They decided to go out to dinner in the city. As parents of two children and faced with strict American laws regarding child abandonment, they called their trusted nanny.

When the nanny arrived, the little ones were already asleep. Then the employee sat next to them and made sure everything was going well. Later that night, she got bored and went to watch TV, but she couldn't see it in the bedroom because there was no cable TV (parents didn't want the children to see something wrong on television). Then he called his parents and asked them if he could watch TV in the couple's bedroom. Obviously, the parents allowed it, but the nanny had one last request she asked if she could cover the statue of the angel that was in the children's room with a towel or a blanket, as it made her very nervous. The phone went silent for a moment, and the father, who was on the phone with the nanny, spoke desperately:

“ take the children out of the house now! We're calling the police! We don't have any statue of an angel!”

Five minutes after being notified, the police found the three bodies of the occupants of that house dead. A statue was never found. There was no sign of invasion. No evidence, except for victims who died from blows with a sharp object. The case was never solved and became an urban legend.
