The wolf knocked on the door and said, “Open up, kids, your sweet mother has come home and brought something out of the woods for you all” The kids shouted: “First show us your paw so we can make sure you're our sweet little mother” Then he put his leg on the windowsill, and when they saw it was white, they believed everything he said was true and opened the door. But who came in there: the wolf! They were startled and wanted to hide. One kid jumped under the table, the second in the bed, the third in the stove, the fourth into the kitchen, the fifth in the closet, the sixth under the wash bowl and the seventh in the cabinet of the hanging clock.

But the wolf found them all and swallowed one after another through his throat hole without compliments. YES Only the youngest, who was in the case of the clock, he did not find that. When the wolf had satisfied his hunger, he made it get away, lay outside in the green meadow under a tree and fell asleep.

Not long after that, the old goat came back from the forest. what she got to see there! The front door was wide open; table, chairs and benches were overturned, the washbasin was in shards, blankets and pillows were ripped from the bed. She was looking for her children but they were nowhere to be found. She called them by their name, one after another, but no one answered. Finally, when she was at the youngest, a soft voice cried: “Dear mother, I am sitting in the closet of the clock” She took it out and he told her that the wolf had come and ate the others all.
