But what you don't know is that the 'raw' cashew nuts you buy from the shelves aren't exactly 'raw'. In reality, they are steamed to remove the dangerous chemical Urushiol, leaving remains that can be dangerous to the skin. And in large quantities they can be fatal, so stay away from it.
