THE EXPERIMENT [14] - a The Twilight Saga Fan Fiction

As I am working on my daily plaquette and listening to the radio, I believe nothing much is going to happen. It is past 10 o'clock in the morning and I am determined to finish my work earlier so that I can read something or just chill. I am sick and tired of my daily routine, yet there is nothing I can do about it.

Just as I have concentrated on my work, a group of children passes by with a doctor. These are the children, who have cancer. It saddens me every time I look at them. Some of them may die. I don't want anybody to die. Why can't everyone live forever like my family?

The children watch me for a while until the doctor tells them they have to go. And then, I see him.

He is there.

He is standing right in front of me.

He is looking at me. But not with pity.

He is looking at me like I am the most normal person in the whole universe. Like we are at the park. Or at the mall.

And it makes me feel better than ever.
