A day like any other Thursday, you'd think, but that hasn't been the case for weeks.
It's not that I'm griething every day, but as far as I'm concerned it can get a little better all over again.
What I said yesterday I enjoy nature and all the positive things that this brings but I am also aware of the fact that there are people who are out of work, or people who can't continue their business, people who don't normally have it wide now even less.
The blows that are going to fall are not easy even though for me that is a far from my bed show not that we are rich but not poor either but think about it.
This morning I am as always an hour walking with the dog because it was very early could then there are not many people on the road is nice for the dog because it can run more loose and for me since I prefer to be a little closer to the people and some want to give a hug and I can't do that now.
But despite the distance we are indeed, as many people say, closer together than ever.
We were supposed to celebrate 75 years of freedom this year but instead we feel what freedom really means. You remember it every year, but if you don't have it, you realize why we should cherish it.
There are times when I wonder if our grandparents felt this way when the war broke out and they were restricted in their freedom and were their fear comparable to ours now?
I can't ask my grandparents anymore, we asked them a lot about what happened at that time but I never asked how they experienced it or how they felt, actually quite a pity you don't know this kind of thing because everyone has the war of then of course, otherwise polite.
I have worked in the care of the elderly myself so I have heard a lot of stories and also the fears they have endured but also people who say well here in the north it was not as bad as they say now that the disease here in the north is not bad.
I mean the less populated the less the result you get but a virus can't make such a choice and yet I still hear my grandmother say oh, girl here in the north we have had little problems.
But anyway it is another lovely sunny day and nothing or nobody ruins that for me/us the sun just comes up and puts a smile on my face in this time.

In deze tijden van nood, ga je anders kijken en meer nadenken. Dat is een mooie kant ervan. Nu komen we erachter wat echt belangrijk is in het leven. Geniet nog lekker van deze mooie zonnige dag!

Er zijn verschillende angstniveaus. Ik zie om me heen grote verschillen tenminste. Een oudere buurman vindt het nu erger dan de oorlog. Ik ervaar geen angst, dat weiger ik. Ik doe mijn ding, ga mijn gang, houd afstand, maar ben niet bang. En dan ben ik niet eens een noorderling, haha... Ik geniet van de zon en mijn tuintje, samen met mijn man.
