Tinkering crown with toddlers
For King's Day, of course, you can craft a nice crown! This is also very easy with toddlers and the toddlers can paint it all by themselves! With childparent Jenny, the children did that too, and they walked all day with their homemade crown on their heads! It had become a beautiful orange, with a golden crown at the front with happy pompoms on it. Jenny sent in her photos so we can all enjoy it a little bit. Live the King!
- Measure the child's head with a strip of white paper measuring 65cm high and not already fixed it to size. In the inside, write the child's name so that there is no accidental change. Let the kids paint the headband with orange paint. Use a thick, soft brush, for example from Collall.
- Pre-cut the crowns of paper and let them be painted with gold paint. Do you still have glitters, glitter stones or other nice royal decorations? Of course, they can also be pasted!
- After the two parts have dried, you do not put them together. Glue the pompoms with a strong adhesive (for example Collall Tacky glue). Temporarily put a clothespin on it until the glue has dried well.
