Tinkering penguin - with free printable
Do you have an empty can? Then make it a nice penguin can! With the free printable below, you have done that quickly and easily. So easy, you can make a whole penguin colony with it. Cozy, the non-flying seabirds keep each other warm, there in the Southern Hemisphere, the South Pole. And yes, you see it right, this tin penguin has an egg between its paws, and that just came out!

What would the little penguin be called, do you think? The first few weeks are quite dangerous for the penguin chick, because he can't keep himself warm yet. Therefore, dad and mom need to warm the little one with their own body. Only after a few weeks, the small penguin gets a thicker down layer and can keep itself warm.
But first: on the craft!

Necessities: Empty can (eg. of cat food), black and orange paper, Collall glue stick, scissors and printable. That's all!

Cover the tin all around with black paper. Cut off excess paper at the edge.
