Dogs receive a first imprint from their mother since they are born, when we see them playing with puppies or “fight” they are actually learning to hunt, impose hierarchy, etc.. The second “imprinting” is received when they arrive at our homes, where we show them their place of food, rest, places where they should not access and their schedules adapted to the routine of the family.

After completing the vaccination plan and veterinary discharge to go out to the street, it is a good time to start the challenge of teaching them tricks and create a link, first through the game and then with more precise orders according to what each person is looking for. In the case of specific breeds, for each activity they are put together a suitable training plan that will be strengthened throughout their lives

Our room is the territory of the leader of the herd. If you let your dog sleep in your bed, then don't pretend that he doesn't pee and poop where he wants or gets on your velvet armchair.

Your container of food is sacred and we must respect it. Never approach him when he is eating, at that time and in that place there are no hierarchies and you can take a well-deserved bite; it will not be because of bad character, it will be by the logic of defending his thing, just as he cares for you when he defends you from third parties.

Never give her your food, it is not an act of love or equality, you are hurting your body. If you really want him give him only his food. You're going to live longer and better.

Don't treat him or talk to him like a human. It's not, he doesn't like it and it's not good to him. He likes to be a dog, treat him as such. He needs responsible love and not our vices.

Take it periodically to the veterinarian and never medicate it on your own.

Play a lot with it, make it spend energy, create a link, share activities and enjoy it. Remember that the only bad thing dogs have is that they live little.

I own an American Akita as a dog and I am very satisfied with it. Got it when he was 4 months old and is socialized very quickly and very good at dealing with people. With other dogs it is sometimes a problem.
