Have you ever scrolled through your feed, seen a quote or meme, and suddenly felt your stomach drop? Like something pierced through the noise and tapped into something raw inside you—your fears, your hopes, your hidden pain. Maybe your first reaction was to laugh it off, or maybe you froze, caught in that unsettling mix of recognition and discomfort. Then the words came out, almost instinctively:

“Wow… that’s too real.”
