Panterchameleon
This chameleon can become red, white, green and blue, and many more colors! The Panterchameleon has a great ability to change color to hide itself. But unlike us, it cannot determine what color the animal becomes, which depends on, among other things, the temperature, the light and its mood.
Red Salmon
We get brown by the sun, or red when we're shy, but imagine that the color of your skin changes completely depending on your environment. That's exactly what happens with the Red Salmon. Normally they are blue and silver, but in spawning time they turn red and green.
Bird of paradise
Not only do the male birds of paradise have a colourful plumage, they dance, pose and completely change their shape to impress the less exotic looking females.
Temminck's satergrouse
With an orange-brown crest and a breast that looks like a whale shark lying on top of a heart, this pheasant definitely stands out. It's no surprise that this species is considered the world's most beautiful pheasant.
Wiervfish
This is a seahorse that lives on the south coast of Australia and the coasts of Tasmania. The Wievis is a strange, beautifully colorful creature. The female produces about 250 eggs at a time and the male fits. He should not lose them either, after all, they are bright pink.
Bluefoot
Females are attracted to the male brilliant blue boots. These legs become even brighter blue if they miss a mating season. This species is mainly found in the Galapagos Islands. They are fairly tame birds because they have no fear instinct because of the small number of predators on the islands.
Clownfish
De Clownfish ziet er misschien mooi uit door de heldere oranje kleur en de witte strepen maar het dier is volledig bedekt met slijm. These beasts form one of the world's largest groups of underwater along with sea anemones, they depend on each other for survival. The mucus protects the clownfish from the stings of the jellyfish.
Small Flamingo
Did you know that the famous pink color of the flamingos comes from the pigment in the algae they eat? They say you are what you eat...
Sailfish
The blue stripes on the sailfish certainly make a statement but have nothing to do with fashion. They light up when the sailfish goes hunting, confusing their prey and then their people know what they're doing. That's neg once useful use of color!
Monarch Butterfly
Everyone loves butterflies, especially the ones with beautiful colors. But those beautiful colors are a warning to predators not to eat them, because they are poisonous! Life is a story of all heroes. The little ones, the unexpected, the scary and the big. And the most colorful. Life consists of many stories.
