#today   This 2022 brings with it great challenges to the world and although the future is uncertain. But this uncertainty is not so much about the one who is uncertain more than anything, about how, who and until when. Not that you have to make a diagnosis. I think there are plenty of data and conclusions about the significance of the moment we are living in, and of the great transitions underway such as digital, green or labor. Here we see that, the inability to implement them collectively and inclusively places us in a not very convincing scenario

The conflict focuses on knowing where the limits of possible irreversibility lie, on the type of leadership that is best prepared or has the greatest legitimacy to pilot such transformations and what is the best formula to manage this process of change with the lowest possible social costs.

The descent in the incidence of COVID-19 showed an exceptional brake on the economy, with a fall of more than 4% of GDP in global terms, but in some cases, such as that of Spain, exceeded 10% in 2020. According to the International Labour Organization, at the peak of the health crisis, 33 million people joined the lists of unemployed and 81 million left the labor market. Household consumption fell by 5% on global average, with some major economies such as Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Argentina and Mexico declining by more than 10%. In economies dependent on international mobility, the decline was even more pronounced: Singapore (-14%), Macau (-16%) and Mauritius (-18%). Even though some countries, economic sectors and social groups would, after this crisis, enter a phase of prosperity and optimism,
