“For many years these towers were the most representative icon of the arrival of modernity in Caracas, and they ranked first in Venezuela due to their height of more than 103 meters.   Being twin and symmetrical towers, they incorporated a new axial landscape, from which the guidelines for the growth of the new city of Caracas were defined. The two large volumes suspended on stilts on the ground, which allow free plants and to move under them without hindering their operation. The roof is flat and takes advantage of the use of its terraces. The symmetrical space is rigorous and the windows extend from one side to the other. They are made up of two parallelepipeds that are born on the rectangular volume, consisting of a system of squares, corridors, porticoes, shopping areas and underground parking lots.”
