Train your brain to crave the right food

Drs. Judith Beck, with her in-depth experience with people who use psychotherapy for their weight loss concerns, came up with the Beck Diet Solution: training your brain to think like a thin person. CBT was developed by Aaron Beck, his father, in helping dieters who want to overcome common obstacles that hinder their success in losing weight. Many of these barriers include emotional eating, negative thinking, yo-yo dieting, and binging.

What is this program about?

This is a daily routine in which dieters are given guidance that involves activities to make decisions about their exercises and some physical exercise. Dieters are tasked with the daily task of equipping them mentally to combat common eating disorders such as stress, holidays, cravings, eating out and overeating.

Basically, dieters are required to write down 15-20 reasons why they want to get rid of that excess fat and these are read daily to focus. In fact, there are no specific guidelines for exercise or diet to follow since the author's goal is: a healthy eating habits can only be achieved once the dieter has established a healthy diet.
