I immediately believe that processing information in a creative way lingers better than just reading. That still works for me, when I read an instruction manual, I don't understand if they show it once, I get it right away and it sticks.

Nice effect, you can show a whole story in a pyramid-like image. You can put it upright and when you're creative, you can walk through your story in separate pieces of paper the animals you don't see in your image.
I find it very creative and very fun and educational for the kids. Especially keep going with this.
